Power Modules for Converting Heat Sources to Electricity
The power module is designed and manufactured by our unique technology for converting heat source directly into electricity. The module is Bi-Te based thermoelectric module that can work at the temperature of as high as 260C(500F) continuously and intermittently up to 380C(680F) heat source without degrading. The thermoelectric module will generate DC electricity as long as there is a temperature difference across the module. The more electricity will be generated when the temperature difference across the module increases, and the efficiency of converting heat energy into electricity will increase too.
Our unique technology also ensures the modules can stand with cycling in large temperature range without degrading. Our modules can be in single ceramic plate and double ceramic plate pattern per client's request. We also provide ceramic plates as partition in thermally conductive and electrically non conductive.
Currently, we have 126 couples in size of 40mmx40mm, 35mmx35mm and 56mmx56mm series modules as below for different applications. We also can make it in size of 30mmx30mm.

* The open circuit voltage is the output voltage of the module without any load connected to. The match load output is the output of module when the load resistance equal to the module's internal resistance. The output voltage or current will change with the load. The Under match load, the output power is at maximum.
Beyond the exiting modules above, we also make according to special requirement.
The some electrical testing data for TEP1-1264-1.5 is listed below:
The data is obtained at Th=200C and Tc=70C.
The heat flow under the Th=200C and Tc=70C is 110Watts

To get different output voltage, you can connect a few modules together in series or use DC-DC converter.
The advantage of using the module to generate electricity.
1. Convert waste heat into electricity.
2. Not moving part, not noise, reliable and free maintenance, good be used to make generators for remote sites.
3. Can used in any fuel or hear source, being flexible.
4. Being Light and small, the module can be used to make a mini size generator.
Application Examples:
The below is a 13cm diameter stainless steel pot, attached with 4pcs 35mmx35mm power modules. The pot can be used for boiling the water or cooking sauce and generating electricity at same time. It can generate 6-8watts with 12VDC output. It can easily power a 12VDC 5 watts lamp or charge mobile phone or batteries during boiling water. It weight only about 600 grams. It will be good for out door activity. The picture demonstrates that the generator can light up a 5watts DC energy save bulb. It is good for outdoor activity.
